1. All Commissions are non-refundable unless I haven't started on the commissions yet.2. I have the rights to decline anything that i do not comfortable in doing.3. As the artist, i still maintain all and absolute rights to my works.(such as publishing on social media, etc)4. No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy or modify any finished art i made without permission.5. All prices already included for commercial uses.

Process & Payment
1. I really appreciate if you can send detailed references. (pose, expression, etc)2. There's 2 method for doing payments.
- The first one is, pay 50% before the sketch and then pay 50% after the sketch approval.
- The second one is, pay 100% after the sketch approval.
if there's no payment made, The commissions will not be continued.3. Max 5 revisions in sketch phase. Extra revisions will cost 10 USD/revisions.4. Payment can be made via Paypal and Ko-fi. (Commissioner must pay 4.4% Paypal fees, if they choose paypal way.)5. Commission's completion for Live2D model is 4 - 10 weeks. (can be faster)
